Specialities and areas of interest:
At the heart of my work as a child-centred play therapist is a deep respect for the child’s inner world. I seek to understand children as they understand themselves, shaped by their experiences and relationships. Every child is entirely unique, and supporting them to express and explore this uniqueness is my specialism. I work with children who have experienced bereavement, anxiety, neurodivergence, loss, self-harm, abuse, and neglect, offering a safe and accepting space where they can be truly seen and heard. I am also trained in Child–Parent Relationship Therapy and take a collaborative approach, working closely with families and schools to support the child throughout their therapeutic journey. I offer play therapy in English and in Portuguese.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy meditation, reading and spending time with my family.
