Dipika is General Counsel at Stoke Park and has over 20 years’ experience advising companies as an in-house legal counsel. Her career has included senior legal roles within global organisations and she has also taught aspiring lawyers at law school. Dipika was selected as a Women Who Will in 2022, a report recognising female leaders in law who have shown exemplary leadership and made an exceptional contribution to the legal profession. She was also shortlisted for Legal Counsel of the Year at the British Legal Awards. Alongside her professional role, Dipika is committed to supporting the next generation of lawyers through mentoring and she serves on the committee of the Association of Asian Women Lawyers.
Dipika is passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and recognises the importance of early intervention. She believes that timely, compassionate support can have a lasting impact on young people’s lives. Through her trustee role, she is keen to contribute her expertise in governance, strategic decision-making and risk management to help ensure the charity remains strong, sustainable and able to reach as many children as possible.
