Specialities and areas of interest:

My approach is child-centred: I follow each child’s lead, trusting that with the right space, time and support, children have a natural capacity to heal and grow. I work with children navigating loss and change, including bereavement, separation and divorce, and other big transitions. I also support children with anxiety or special educational needs, and those who have experienced trauma. At the heart of my work is helping children build a kinder relationship with themselves, so they can meet life’s ups and downs with more confidence. I work closely with parents and schools so that support continues beyond the playroom.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, I love being in nature, whether that’s a long walk or a trip to the seaside. I find being near water especially restorative. I also love making art, and these creative moments help me feel grounded and calm.
